DIY Recipe to Remove Aphids with Wormwood Tea
Coarsely chop the strong-smelling wormwood leaves and scrape them from the chopping board into your pot. Add 2 pints of water and bring to a boil. Let the mixture boil for 30 minutes. While you allow that liquid to cool, pour 4 pints of fresh water into a gallon mixing bucket. Use a fine sieve or cheesecloth to strain ALL the leaves from the hot water in your pot. Dilute the 2 pints of hot wormwood tea by pouring it into the gallon bucket containing the 4 pints of fresh water. Use this solution by pouring it into the easy-to-fill glass container of the PreGro Plant Sprayer. Never shake the PreGro Plant Sprayer when the glass container is attached to the sprayer. The PreGro Plant Sprayer utilizes aerosol technology, but does not contain CFCs. For optimal spray, hold sprayer between a 90 degree angle and a 45 degree angle.
